a. Material appearance specifications: length x width x height (L x W x H) should be specified. If it is a circular material, the diameter should be provided;
b. Single material weight: marked in kilograms (kg);
c. Material packaging form: Please choose from bare packaging, canned packaging, cardboard box packaging, wooden box packaging, plastic bag packaging, steel pallet loading, or tooling board loading;
d. Specific types of materials: such as chemical raw materials, high-temperature materials, frozen materials, toxic materials, corrosive materials, etc.
2、 Equipment usage environmental conditions
a. Working environment temperature range;
b. Range of humidity in the working environment;
c.The degree of environmental pollution (such as dust, oil pollution, corrosive gases, etc.).
3、 Core configuration requirements for conveyor
a. Conveyor type: determined as belt type, roller type, mesh belt type or chain type;
b. Material conveying direction: choose linear, turning, climbing or curved;
c. Equipment size specifications: Straight lines require length x width x height (L x W x H), while curved lines require inner radius x effective width x equipment height;
d. Equipment frame material: Stainless steel frame, aluminum profile frame, carbon steel spray painted/sprayed frame can be selected (frame color can be customized according to needs);
e. Drive system parameters: specify the brand type (domestic/imported), power, and other related parameters of the motor, frequency converter, and electrical components;
f. Determine the conveying speed mode (fixed speed/variable speed), and if it is variable speed, specify the specific speed regulation requirements within the range of 0-60 m/min;
g. Material selection for main components:
① Roller: length, diameter, installation method, cylinder material, spindle material, and surface treatment process need to be provided;
② Belt/toothed belt: selected from ordinary belt, food grade belt, anti-static belt, anti-corrosion belt, oil resistant belt, climbing belt, belt with skirt edge, and belt with blocking edge;
③ Chain plate: specify specifications (length x width x height, pitch, thickness, color), material (plastic steel/stainless steel), and functional grade (food grade/ordinary grade);
④ Plastic steel mesh belt: provide length, width, pitch, and opening rate, indicating whether it is necessary to install a blocking edge or skirt edge;
⑤ Stainless steel mesh belt: specify length, width, wire diameter, and mesh spacing;
⑥ Suitable power specifications: Choose single-phase 200 V, single-phase 110 V, three-phase 220 V, or three-phase 380 V.
4、 Special functional requirements
If additional functions are required for the equipment, please specify: gear stop, sorting, transfer, lifting, intermittent operation, industrial control system adaptation, diversion, merging, side workbench configuration, etc.
