Material: All stainless steel (metal parts such as cylinders, shaft cores, bearings, etc.), optional 304/201 carbon steel stainless steel, corrosion-resistant
Roller diameter: 25-89mm (generally 25mm, 38mm, 50mm, 76mm, etc., selected according to load-bearing requirements)
The length of the roller is designed according to the width of the goods, usually “material width + 50mm”. The wall thickness and shaft diameter are calculated based on the weight of the material to meet the load-bearing requirements. Wall thickness: 1-3mm, shaft diameter: 10-30mm (thickening is required for heavy conveying)
Drive mode: chain drive (single/double chain), O-ring drive, friction drive; supports individual or grouped drive. Conveyor speed: 0.5-60m/min (adjustable, usually controlled by frequency conversion)
Load-bearing capacity: A single roller can bear a weight of 5-200kg (depending on material and structural design)
Installation methods: spring press-in type, internal tooth shaft type, full flat tenon type, through shaft pin hole type (tapered rollers are required for curved conveying)

1. Industry Scenarios

Food and pharmaceutical industry: Sterilization lines, packaging lines, and cold storage transportation all use stainless steel materials to prevent rusting and meet hygiene standards;

Logistics and e-commerce: package sorting, box transportation (such as 180° turning three-layer conveying system);

Automobile manufacturing: Component assembly lines rely on high load-bearing capacity and impact resistance;

Chemistry and Electronics: For corrosive environments or the transportation of precision components, 316 stainless steel is required for corrosion resistance.

2. Adapt to working conditions

Humid/watering environment: All stainless steel rollers (including bearings, sprockets and other components) to avoid rust and pollution;

High-temperature scenario: 316 or 2520 stainless steel materials with high temperature resistance (some manufacturers provide customized temperature resistance solutions);

Cleanliness requirements: The surface shall be polished, easy to clean with no residue left.

 

3. Considerations for Selection

Anti-rust grade: For harsh environments such as cold storage and slaughterhouses, all stainless steel components are required. For ordinary scenarios, some stainless steel and galvanized accessories can be selected;
Turn design: Curved conveyors need to be equipped with conical rollers and a reasonable turning radius (refer to the configuration of spiral roller conveyors);
Load matching: Heavy-duty pallet conveying requires increased wall thickness and shaft diameter, while light-load scenarios can optimize costs and choose economical configurations.
